Orders shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and islands) ship free if order total is $100+. Orders under $100 will incur a $9.00 shipping charge. Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS.

We ship WORLDWIDE! International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties. International orders will incur a ship charge priced in cart once shipping address is entered. Orders will ship DHL International, USPS or UPS.

RETURNS

You may return new, unworn and unused items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for full refund, less outbound ship costs. Strollers, car seats, Rumbleseats, gift cards and special orders are not returnable.

Please pack all items in their original packing to return. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. All other returns are at the customers expense.

You are welcome to return via the most convenient shipping method for you. Returns can be made via mail or in store. Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
